Uh, wait…

I was browsing the Knowledge Base this morning waiting for some school stuff to load up, and came across this in the new-ish topic explaining the different basic/guest support tickets:

Uh, wait.

Why’s there a second ticket for more or less the same thing? Rather, why did they separate it for Teen accounts?
It makes a bit of sense, honestly – different grids, different people possibly. But still, man, wouldn’t it work just to have the person say what grid they’re on in the ticket?

Erh. Just wanted to point that out.
